If
I owe taxes, how will I pay if I file electronically?
Taxpayers
can elect to have their taxes paid by authorizing an electronic funds
withdrawal or by credit card through the IRS Electronic Federal Tax
Payment System (EFTPS). If you e-file before April 15th, you can
delay your payment by scheduling an electronic funds withdrawal from your
checking or savings as late as April 15th.

do I get a copy of my tax return?
You
will receive a complete copy of your tax return at the time it is
prepared. An additional free copy is available by written request or
by visiting a participating TaXspot 30-Minute Tax Center.

Can
I really have my tax return prepared in 30 minutes?
Most
simple returns are completed in 30 minutes. More complex returns
containing additional Forms or Schedules may require additional
preparation time.

How
do I get started?
The
first step is to gather your W-2s; 1099s; Social Security numbers for
yourself, your spouse and all your dependents; and all other 2003 tax
information. Bring them, along with a completed Taxstar Tax
Questionnaire, to any The UPS Store, Mail Boxes, Etc., or other TaXspot
30-Minute Tax Center. Or you can send your tax information directly
from this Website, Click Here. Or you can fax or mail your tax
information to our Central Processing Center, Click Here. Once we
have received your tax information, we will prepare your federal and
state( if required), returns and send them to you, usually within 30
minutes, for your review and signature. We will then electronically
transmit the returns to the IRS and state tax authorities. You will
receive your refund in the shortest time possible - Guaranteed.

When
will I receive my refund?
If
you have applied for and been accepted for a Real-Time Loan, your refund
will be available the next day; if you are receiving a Refund Anticipation
Loan (RAL), your refund will be available in 2 days; if your refund is
being directly deposited into your account (Electronic Refund Deposit), it
will be available in 7-14 days; and for a check (Electronic Refund Check),
from 8-15 days.

What
are the advantages of electronically filing my tax return?
Electronic
filing, known as e-filing, is the quickest, most accurate way to file
your tax returns. E-filed returns have an error rate of less than
1%. If you are due a refund, you can expect to receive it within
approximately 2 weeks from the date it is accepted by the IRS - less than
half the time it takes when a paper return is filed.
